Elishba Apparels Limited is a textile venture and it was incorporated in September 2020 as a public limited company with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Lahore, under Companies Act 2017. The company, before its conversion into a public limited company, had been working since 1989 in the area of textile industry in the name and style of Elishba Apparels, as a proprietary concern.
STATE OF THE ART Mfg. Facility
Elishba Apparels Limited has a State of The Art export oriented manufacturing facility at Gajjumatta Industrial Area, Lahore which has been strategically planned across infrastructure, modern automated machinery, skilled workforce and regulatory compliance.We have a very spacious 7-line production facility with a covered area of approximately 35,000 sq. ft., equipped with direct-drive modern sewing machines, and we use efficient production system, quality control procedure, and compliance standards to produce home textile, work apparels and a wide range of garments in bulk for our local and international valued customers. We at our manufacturing facility have a robust power backup system (e.g., industrial generators and solar system) to prevent production downtime and ensure continuous operation. We have reasons to ensure quality, service and timely delivery.
The Spinning & Weaving Section
Our manufacturing setup with 10,000 Open-End (OE) spinning spindles and 100 Sulzer Projectile looms is a medium-scale, high-efficiency textile unit. It typically produces around 2.5–3 tonnes of OE yarn daily (based on ~960 rotors, similar to a 10k spindle unit's capacity) and up to ~40,000–50,000 meters of high-quality fabric daily using Sulzer looms. This configuration is ideal for producing fine cotton/blended fabrics, including apparel and home textiles.We focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, serving both local and international clients with reliable textile solutions.The journey of Elishba Apparels Limited is marked by steady growth and strategic expansion.
